Welcome to the Industry Connection section of The Textile Gateway, where textile industry professionals are invited to share their insights and guidance with students through videos, podcasts, and virtual visits. This relationship will help elementary and high school students learn about the many textiles that are in their lives and the amazing textiles of the future. The industry's involvement will also provide college and university students with a real-world perspective about changing industry needs and the skills required to be successful. To further this goal, The Textile Gateway is actively looking to partner with industry workforce programs that provide scholarships, mentorships, internships, apprenticeships, and skills-training for students and/or the community.
